Your school-aged kiddo needs a full night’s rest to crush their day, and effective sleep habits are how we’ll make that happen!
For 5+ year olds who are need a full night of rest to excel at school and every day life. Within two weeks, we will lay the foundation for your child to fall asleep independently, to stay in their own bed through the night and have a full 10-11 hours of sleep at night! This program includes:
Preliminary sleep evaluation that covers your child’s sleep habits, history, current issues and your sleep goals
90 minute virtual consultation, through your choice of telephone or face-to-face virtual platform (such as Face-Time, Google Meet, etc.)
Custom sleep plan for your child
Customized tools for your family to support strong sleep habits
Three 15-min phone calls in the first 10 days
Daily sleep log review and regular feedback as needed
14 days of sleep coaching support in total, with option for extra add-on support if needed
